Payment information — processed via PayPal; we do not store your card or bank details directly
Session and coaching notes — information you share during coaching sessions, kept confidentially for the purpose of delivering our services
Pre-session questionnaire responses — background and goals you share ahead of a session
Communications — emails, messages, or enquiries you send us
Website usage data — collected automatically via cookies and Squarespace's built-in analytics (see Section 7)
Social media interactions — if you contact us via Instagram (@paula_booker_coach)
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 18 without appropriate parental or guardian consent.

PayPal — for processing payments
Squarespace — our website hosting provider

Client and session records: typically 6–7 years, in line with professional and accounting record-keeping guidance
Payment records: as required by HMRC (currently 6 years)
Marketing consent records: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent
After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
