Your Journey, Your Way

I'll Be Alongside You

Life feels lighter when you have someone genuinely in your corner. With over 30 years working alongside families through education, healthcare, and family support, I bring real experience not just theory to every session. I blend NLP, hypnotherapy, Neuroscience and Timeline Therapy with honest, down-to-earth conversation to help you get clear on what you actually want, quiet the self-doubt that's been holding you back, and move forward with real confidence.

Also I love how clients see and feel change happening quickly in sessions.

Whether you're navigating the empty nest transition, a career shift, or simply feeling stuck and ready for change, I'm here to listen properly, guide you through it, and notice every bit of progress along the way because it all counts.

I bring an honest view of life as it's actually lived as a wife and mother of four who's had her share of ups and downs. I'm human, I'm genuine, and that's exactly what I bring to my work.

And then I wrote a book...

When the House Goes Quiet

A guide to rediscovering yourself when the children leave home

My journey through motherhood has been one of the biggest influences on the work I do today. For so many years, being a mum was such a huge part of who I was. My children needed me, my days revolved around them, and life was full of purpose, responsibility, noise and constant activity.

Then, slowly, things changed.

Children grow up. They leave home. Their lives become their own.

And although we know it's coming, I don't think anyone can truly prepare you for what it feels like when the house goes quiet.

For me, it wasn't simply about missing my children. It was about discovering that when such a huge part of your identity changes, you can suddenly find yourself asking:

Who am I now?
What do I want?
And what does this next chapter of my life look like?

Those questions became the inspiration for my book, When the House Goes Quiet: A Guide to Rediscovering Yourself When the Children Leave Home.

I wrote it because I know I'm not the only mother who has felt that strange mixture of pride, love, loss and uncertainty that can come when your children no longer need you in the same way.

It's part memoir, part practical guide, and part invitation to look at yourself again, not just as a mum, but as the woman underneath the role.

Because an empty nest doesn't have to mean an empty life.

Sometimes, the quiet creates the space to hear yourself again.

And perhaps this next chapter isn't about finding the person you were before motherhood.

Perhaps it's about discovering the person you've become.

When the House Goes Quiet is my invitation to begin that journey.
